These Terms of Service govern your use of SpotMe. By creating an account or using SpotMe, you agree to these terms.

Free to use. SpotMe's core features — creating a profile, discovering members in your gym community, matching, and messaging — are free. We do not currently charge subscriptions.

18+ only. You confirm you are 18 years of age or older. SpotMe is an adults-only service. We verify your age before your profile is visible.

Your account. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may have one account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, look fake, or are abusive.

Conduct. You agree to treat other members with respect. SpotMe does not tolerate harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, or any illegal activity. You can block and report anyone at any time.

No live location. SpotMe never shares your live location or workout schedule. You choose who sees your profile, and a connection only forms when the interest is mutual.

SpotMe is independent. SpotMe is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any gym or fitness brand. Gym names are used for identification only.

Content. You own the content you post. You grant SpotMe a license to display it within the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any photos or text you upload.

Termination. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
